11am Dana + second shooter arrive at girls getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1pm Hair + makeup complete for bride + whoever will help her into her dress; second shooter meets the groom to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1:30pm Bride gets into her gown
2:15pm Dana drives Madeline to First Look; second shooter drives Douglas
2:45pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits at The Sanctuary
3:30pm Wedding party photos at The Sanctuary
4:15pm Family formals at The Sanctuary
4:45pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive; second shooter to photograph ceremony details at this time
5:30pm Ceremony
6pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space details at this time
7pm Reception begins
7:45pm Sunset photos (sunset 8:06pm)
11pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
